About this project
DELFI Diagnostics, a biotech company, uses machine learning incombination with blood-based cancer detection tests. In a healthy person, their genome is organised and nealty packed. In cancer, it's disrupted and messy.
Delfi locates the pieces of disrupted gene sequences and identifies the origin of the cell.
The client had a limited brand guideline so we helped develop a colour palett and style.
Blending graininess with old-school gradients and pops of orange on a sea of marine tones gives the animation a fun nostalgic aesthetic.
Taking these visuals and blending them a combination of 3D and 2D (et voila 2.5D) elevated it into the cutting-edge space Delfi occupies.
