About this project
WebMD, a popular online health information site, came to the studio for branding and 2D and 3D animations focussing on women’s health, including subjects such as pregnancy, menopause, and sickle cell disease.
As WebMD is many people’s go-to site for medical questions, they wanted to ensure the science was correct but user friendly.
Character design played a key part in this project, striving to be as inclusive as possible with a variety of demographics, body types, and sexuality.
Researching the patients most affected by a disease (e.g. Sickle cell) was also important to ensure accurate representation.
